Travel Insurance: Insurance must be purchased before full payment is made or payment on or before the 15th of the month prior to departure. Once you have completed the insurance form and paid Travel Insured for the insurance, Travel Insured will emailed you and Student Tours a copy of the insurance policy. When we receive the policy, Student Tours will add it to your reservation and send you an invoice showing you are covered under Travel Insured Insurance. If a traveler chooses to purchase insurance, it should be paid directly to the insurance company on the same day the deposit is submitted to Travel Leaders Student Tours for your trip to cover pre-existing conditions. However, each insurance company has different rules/requirements. Be sure to READ the policy carefully to fully understand what you are purchasing so there are no surprises. It is the traveler’s responsibility to purchase insurance in a timely manner.
