    Travelers can make any/all payments early; however, if you decide to purchase insurance, insurance must be purchased PRIOR to the trip being paid in full.
    
    
    OPTIONAL TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE:  Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.

Insurance must be purchased before full payment is made or payment on or before the 15th of the month prior to departure. Once you have completed the insurance form and paid Travel Insured for the insurance, Travel Insured will emailed you and Student Tours a copy of the insurance policy. When we receive the policy, Student Tours will add it to your reservation and send you an invoice showing you are covered under Travel Insured Insurance.
